I have taken away skills at both the raw technical level, right down to the ethereal nature of working with the ever-complex human being. It has been, without doubt, one of the most powerful learning experiences of my career and I feel privileged to have been coached by Deborah.”

“The work we did together (developing a competency map) was so impactful in so many unexpected ways – one of the most useful projects I ever did and I still draw on the experience. Years after we completed it I was able to use it as a tool to gain credibility with business stakeholders. And it was instrumental in permanently shifting my approach to thinking about competencies and capabilities.”

“The speed by which Deborah was able to get her head around the complexity of the in flight programme and the relevant stakeholders was very impressive.
